Return Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Only manufacturer defects or items damaged during shipping will be authorized for a credit. Andys Distribution Wholesale LLC follows strict policy of no returns & exchange. Andys Wholesale LLC is not responsible for any changes in governmental laws or policies. There will be no products accepted for returns or credit in any circumstance. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. All other products must be returned to Andys Wholesale LLC within 48 hours from invoice date. Unless any faults of Andys Distribution Wholesale LLC, all returned items will incur a restocking fee of 15% and customer will be responsible for any/all shipping charges. Unauthorized returns will not be credited or re-shipped.
Buyers Guarantee: Buyer personally guarantees all purchases made at Andys Wholesale LLC. Any and all payment forms are backed by buyer's own person. All bad-checks will incur a fees of $50, and Andys Wholesale LLC holds the right to refuse any future sales. In case of non-payment, Andys Wholesale LLC holds the right to legally pursue buyer's corporation as well as buyer's own person for all the damage/loss incurred. Seller is not liable for any incidental, consequential or special damages, interest, costs or expenses, or for loss of use, loss of data or lost profits or wages, whether or not Seller knew such damages might be incurred. Seller’s liability is in all cases limited to refunding the purchase price or current value of the services, at Seller’s option. In the event it becomes necessary for the Seller to incur any collection costs or suits to collect payment, the Buyer will be responsible for all such costs, including but not limited to court costs, attorney fees and collection agency fees on said collection/suit. Andys Wholesale LLC warrants to you that Andys Wholesale LLC shall use its reasonable endeavors to provide the services with reasonable care and skill and, as far as reasonably possible, in accordance with your request and instructions from time to time. Where Andys Wholesale LLC supplies you with any goods or services supplied by a third party, then Andys Wholesale LLC is acting as your agent in sourcing the goods or services. Andys Wholesale LLC will use reasonable care in selecting the supplier and ensuring the order is placed in accordance with your wishes. All sales are final, unless otherwise agreed by the supplier, vendor or partner, you shall not be entitled to cancel the service requested where, on your instructions, performance has already begun. Andys Wholesale LLC is not liable for any incidental, consequential or special damages, interest, costs or expenses, or for loss of use, loss of data or lost profits or wages from the sale, use or consumption of the products sold, whether or not Andys Wholesale LLC knew such damages might be incurred. Andys Wholesale LLC’s liability is in all cases limited exclusively to refunding the purchase price or current value of the products, at Andys Wholesale LLC’s discretion.
